Biography

Andrew Braithwaite has served on our Board since December 2020. Mr. Braithwaite has served as a Managing Director, Principal or Vice President at the Cynosure Group LLC since July 2017. Prior to his role at the Cynosure Group LLC, Mr. Braithwaite worked as a senior associate or associate at The Carlyle Group from July 2012 to July 2017. Earlier in his career, Mr. Braithwaite served as an Investment Banker at Barclays Capital, Inc. in its Financial Institutions Group from June 2010 to June 2012. Mr. Braithwaite holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Merrimack College.
